Accounts & IBAN
Your Raycash account numbers and how to receive bank transfers.
Every verified Raycash account comes with bank account details you can share with employers, clients, and friends. Money sent to those details lands in your Raycash balance as confidential dollars.
Your account numbers
Open the app and go to Accounts. You'll find:
- An IBAN for receiving SEPA (EUR) transfers
- Your account holder name — this must match on incoming transfers
Tap any field to copy. You can also share a pre-filled payment request with anyone.
Receiving a bank transfer
Share your IBAN and name with the sender. When they send a transfer:
- SEPA Instant — arrives within seconds during banking hours
- Standard SEPA — arrives within one business day
- SWIFT / international — arrives within 1–3 business days depending on the originating bank
Once it lands, the EUR is converted to a confidential stablecoin (cUSDC today) and added to your balance. You'll see the transaction appear in your activity with the sender's reference.
Sharing account details
Three ways to share:
- Copy — tap any field, paste in a message
- QR code — let someone scan to fill in their banking app
- Request link — send a URL; the other person sees your IBAN + an optional amount
Limits & holds
- First deposits may have a short hold while we run standard anti-fraud checks. Typical hold is under an hour.
- Per-transfer and monthly caps depend on your KYC tier — see Fees & limits and the in-app Settings → Limits screen for your current numbers.
- Name mismatch — if the sender's name doesn't match your account holder name, we may bounce the transfer back. This is a regulatory requirement, not our preference.
What the sender sees
On their statement, the sender will see a recipient name and an IBAN. If they include a reference, you'll see it in your activity. Raycash does not rewrite or mask these fields.
